I ordered a flat iron on 10/03/2014 and it was paid in full. It is now 11/04/2014 and I have yet to receive my iron or a refund as I requested via email last week.

You can not leave a message on their voicemail as it it full. I would much rather have my money back due to *** poor service and regard for customer service or should I say the lack there of.

I will never order anything else from this company nor will I recommend this product or site to anyone! This company is unworthy of my business.

I placed an order in Novemeber 2014, it is now February 2015 I still have not received my flat iron. I have emailed them on.

Use rouse occasions with no response. I am going to contact my bank and report fraud!
