My friend and I had placed an order on the exact same day for a Diva flat iron but I had made the order first hours before she did. Hers shipped out first before mines and I called to ask what the status was.

The male rep was very rude and mean. He explained that it depended on the invoice number and was feeding me a lot of BS. I was furious to the point where I asked to cancel my order. He sounded more than glad to have done it.

I would think a business like this would talk me not to cancel but I guess they did not want my business after all.

DO NOT give them yours. It is a waste of time.

Put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on them. FYI before I do business with anyone I look for consumer complaints if there are any there I do not do business with them....It is sad to do business this way....

I am about to do that right now. I did some research on reviews on the product/company. Majority of them were negative but I also wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.
