Ripped off
I bought a tourmaline brush for $100 at the San Diego County fair; got it home, tried to use it once, didn't work for me, useless. Took it back to the sales person at the fair and said I would rather have the curling iron.
Sales person asked me which size I wanted and showed me the two sizes in the boxes, black on black packing material, for 2 seconds, tossed it into my bag. No receipt, so no warranty on the new iron. I chose a size, not realizing it had no clip on it. Came with lousy, huge, unusable glove to curl hair around the hot iron.
I'm not going to fry my hand on the iron. So, completely lost my $$.

Non-functioning Heat Brush
Received my heat brush yesterday, tried to use it today and NOTHING, no lights, no heat, no anything, never came on. This is why their policy is no refunds, they know their products are not up to the standards they should be.
I shouldn't have to pay for shipping to exchange your defective product. I knew there had to be a reason they were giving these things away, I ordered the flat iron it works wonderfully, so I ordered the brush after getting the email 50,000 times to see how it works because my granddaughter has such thick hair and it's hard to manage, well it still is because the brush don't work.

HORRIBLE
Got this flat iron for a Christmas present and I was so excited. I have had it for about a year now, using it occasionally.
This morning the cord melted and sparked. Catching my dressing room table on fire and electrocuting me!! Something Has to be done. Can I hire a lawyer?
It could have burned down my whole entire house. I have had many many hair straighteners over the years, some more than ten years, and never have I ever had anything happen like this. Horrible product. I would never ever recommend this to anyone I know.
Worst of all, Its the professional straightener!! What if this was being used in a salon and a clients hair caught fire??
